Together with OICE, EFCA has pleasure in inviting you to join us for the 2010 consulting engineering conference in the beautiful and historic Trastevere district of Rome.
The theme for this year's event is "Climate Change and a new Energy Balance in Europe: the Engineering Challenge". European engineering consultancy firms play an important role in implementing the EU's energy and climate change targets. The business-oriented programme will explore innovation in alternative energy technologies against the backdrop of global challenges, and discuss where future investments will be directed in order to restructure the energy supply and increase the energy efficiency of consumption. An international selection of experts and top managers from the public and private sector, together with officials from the European Commission and the Italian Government, will ensure that the conference is both inspiring and informative. Outside of the formal sessions, there will be numerous opportunities for networking.
The full programme of meetings and events will run from 26-28 May, with the conference taking place on 28th May. Please note that the preferential rate is available up to 30th April. For Young Professionals, the registration fee is waived.
